The Medical Career College of Northern California has been in continuous operation since 2003. The school was approved by the California Bureau for Private Postsecondary and Vocational Education prior to its sunset July 1st, 2007. The school continues to uphold the criteria of the BPPVE and has signed a contract with the California Department of Consumer Affairs which oversees the operation of private schools within the state. The school's radiology program is approved as well by the California Department of Public Health/Radiologic Health Branch. The institution is approved by the Accrediting Bureau of Health Education Schools (ABHES). The school offers a program for Limited Permit X-Ray Technician in the scope of Chest, Extremities and Torso-Skeleton. Graduates of the LPXT Program are eligible to take the California State Licensure Examination.
